Elizabeth Martin née Kelso, daughter of Lieutenant-Colonel William Kelso of Dankeith and Susanna Fergusson of Doonholm, married to John Halliday Martin (q.v.), sister-in-law of George Savage Martin (q.v.), awarded a share of compensation for Nibb's estate, Antigua, as an annuitant.
- Born 07/08/1789 in Symington, Ayrshire, to Col. William Kelso of Dankeith and Susanna Fergusson, married John Halliday Martin (q.v.) 05/04/1813 in Edinburgh: "John Halliday Martin Esq St Andrew Parish, Eldest Son of Samuel Martin Esqr of the Island of Antigua, and Miss Elizabeth Kelso, Eldest daughter of Colonel William Kelso of Dankeith same Parish." There are three children born to this marriage in Penninghame, Wigtown, Scotland, but internet sites list (unsourced) a further four children born in the Caribbean.
