Awarded the compensation for the Orange Grove estate in Trelawny Jamaica with Thomas Ellis Adlington as trustees for Henry Stogdon Highatt, whose mother Mary Ann Eliza Pierse (q.v.) made the claim.

  1. 'Pusuant to a decree of Chancery in Adlington agaisnt Chippendale, creditors of Edward Hastings, late of 63 Upper Norton Street, Fitzroy Square Middlesex who died in or about the month of July 1853 are invited to prove their debts'.
