Biography

Heiress of Charles Steedman (q.v.), from whom she inherited the Cog Hall estate and the enslaved people attached to it, whom she had sold by 1829. Awarded the compensation for one enslaved person in St Thomas-in-the-East Jamaica, when she was shown as an absentee. Nothing further about her has yet been traced. She was apparently referred to as Christian Thomson in the Almanacs.
