Biography

  1. Almost certainly the same man as the Dr Peter McFarlane of Wakefield reported by genealogical sources to have an inscription at Gartmore Churchyard, Perthshire as having died at sea on his passage home in 1837. The identification as the same man owning Mavis Banks is tentative at present.
