  1. Will of James Forsyth of St Andrew Surrey [Jamaica] [made in 1835] proved 05/12/1840. He left his wife Mary Ann an annuity of £300 p.a., and his reputed son George Forsyth a legacy of £500 currency. His residuary heirs were his son James Forsyth and daughter Eliza Forsyth.

  2. Related in some way to Elizabeth Forsyth who died before 1832 and who was probably the heir of George Mills of Cooper's Hill in St Andrew.
