Almost certainly the woman of the same name identified in the will of Alexander McRae (q.v.) as his housekeeper, to whom he left property in Kingston (including the services of several named Apprenticed people). The claims of Elizabeth McFarlane and Alexander McRae in Kingston were adjacent (Nos. 1565 and 1566), cementing the linkage of the two individuals.
