???? - 1836
William Frank was awarded the compensation for part of the Hopewell estate in Jamaica as the husband of Ann Dunn Bucknor.
Ann Dunn Bucknor was the daughter of John Bucknor and Ann Bucknor (later Parnther), sister of Elizabeth Witter Bucknor (q.v.) and half-sister of Isabella Parnther.
William Frank appears to have died shortly after the award of compensation was made. Will of William Daniel Arthur Frank of Newington St Mary proved 08/03/1836. Ann Dunn Frank, widow, married John Whitear at Newington St Mary 31/10/1836; death of Ann Dunn Whitear registered Q1 1851 at Newington.
T71/872 Hanover claim no. 93. T71/915 gives William Frank's wife erroneously as Ann Duff.
