Assumed to be the same person, owner of Strawberry Hill in St Andrew which was registered to Margaret Brown 1809-1811, Margaret Martell (wife of Joseph Martell) 1815-1826 and Margaret Austin (wife of Thomas Austin) 1827-1834. No marriage records have been found for her. Joseph Martel was recorded as "free quadroon" at the baptism of his son Joseph Depass Martel in 1810.
