Norrison Jennings, son of Susannah Craddick, "a free brown woman", baptised in Clarendon, Jamaica, 07/11/1799.
"Norris the son of Joseph Jennings and Susanna Craddock, both born free and of the parish of St Dorothy was baptised about the year 1800 by the Revd. [blank] then the Rector of St Dorothy, the certificate of which cannot be found in the said parish register. The Revd. Doctor Edmund Pope is therefore applied to by the said Norris Jennings' parents (the being at the time no Rector for St Dorothy) to baptise him again; he is therefore baptised this 20th June 1814 at Miss Mary Craddock's house, Old Harbour Bay, by me Edmund Pope Rector."
