In 1861 Susannah Ashmeade aged 78 widow fundholder born Middlesex was living at 5 Somerset Street, Portman Square with her niece Emily Ewbank unmarried aged 48 fundholder born Jamaica and nephew [sic] Alfred Lowe scholar aged 12 born Jamaica. In 1841 the two women were at Montpellier Terrace Cheltenham.
The will with a codicil of Susanna [sic] Ashmeade formerly of 14 Henrietta Street Cavendish Square but late of 33 Upper Berkeley Street who died at that address 28/05/1868 was proved 27/08/1868, effects under £25,000.
