Aaron Deleon senior

1. Aaron Deleon the Elder of Westmoreland was identified as a free man of colour when he was administrator of Jarrett Price, 'a free black man', in 1820.

2. Susan Redford Deleon, aged about 14, daughter of Mr Aaron Deleon and of Catherine White, a free person of colour, both of Savanna la Mar, was baptised at her father’s house in the said town, 08/04/1819. On the same day and in the same place was baptised Catherine Deleon, aged about 12, daughter of Mr Aaron Deleon and of Ann McMahon, both of Savanna la Mar.

3. The baptismal entry for James Wedderburn, 24/05/1820, states that his father James Wedderburn was “in partnership with Aaron Deleon” at Savanna la Mar.
