Biography

Honorius Combauld (b. 1752, the son of another Honorius Combauld) was a London merchant, who died c. 1803. Simon Davson counterclaimed apparently unsuccessfully as attorney of his firm, Honorius Combauld & Co., as mortgagee for the compensation for the enslaved people on an unknown estate in British Guiana.

  1. The will of Honorius Combauld, merchant of London, proved 30/09/1803, was a simple document, leaving £500 to his mother, £50 to his next brother Richard in Nova Scotia and the residue to his youngest brother and partner Philip Combauld.
