Rector of Wishford-Magna, Wiltshire, one of a group of absentee claimants in a complex series of awards in Antigua and Montserrat related to Alexander Willock, a London merchant in the late 18th century. Williams was one of three trustees of the marriage settlement of Charlotte Arthuriana Cuthbert, the grand-daughter of Alexander Willock and daughter of Robert Cuthbert and Elizabeth Willock, and Charlotte Arthuriana Cuthbert's husband, Lawrence Blount Williams (q.v.).
