Committee of the lunatic Elizabeth Phipps, and in that capacity awarded in 1843 the compensation for a group of enslaved people in St Andrew Jamaica.

  1. Son of James of St Bennet's London. Matriculated Merton College Oxford aged 17 1798, BA 1802, MA 1806 BCL and DCL 1809, a student of Lincolns Inn 1803, died 17/06/1856.
