Of Antrim, counterclaimed John Cunningham the younger of Belfast (q.v.) as mortgagee on Watsons in Antigua. . While is not yet known how John Cunningham's claim arose, it was almost certainly associated with the bankruptcy of Robert Hyndman and John Elliot Hyndman of Dublin.
