1807 - 1831
Born in Dominica (either in 1805 or 1807, see below), a member of a Dominican family that relocated to Britain. Son of John Charles Constable (q.v.) and brother of John Constable (q.v.). The administrator of Charles Quayle Constable (Thomas William Doyle, q.v.) made several claims in Dominica in that capacity, two of them reflecting in turn the late Charles Quayle Constable's role as 'trustee' to John Constable, and two his role as trustee to the executors of Samuel Potter: in a further award, part of the compensation was paid by the successful claimant to Doyle as a result reportedly of Constable's role as trustee to Charles Court, although this award also involved Samuel Potter's estate.
