Counterclaimed with her husband, the artist Andrew Robertson (q.v.), for the compensation for the Waterford estate on Barbados, as legatee of her father Samuel Boxill.
In 1851 Ann Robertson widow aged 51 'Lady' born Barbados was living at 37 Harrington Square, St Pancras with daughter Emily aged 18 scholar at home, born Marylebone and son Samuel scholar aged 15 also born Marylebone; in 1861 Ann P Robertson widow aged 60 was at 49 Devonshire Street with daughter Emily aged 28 and son Samuel B. aged 25. Emily Robertson had been christened at St Marylebone 05/12/1832, and Samuel Boxill at All Souls Langham 28/07/1836, on each occasion the parents' address being given as Berners Street and the father's occupation as 'artist.'
Will of Ann Phillips Robertson formerly of 3 Pembridge Square but late 3 Eglinton Villas Greville Road St Johns Wood who died 26/06/1864 proved 01/08/1864, effects under £1500, resworn Stamp Office October 1864 under £4000. She was buried at All Souls Kensal Green 02/07/1864 aged 70.
