Listed as owner of an annuity of £68 15s due as part of the compensation for Elmes estate in Antigua as a legatee of Matthew Christian from 1777.
Presumably the Mark Noble Daniell, son of George Daniell and his wife Mary who was born 08/04/1770 and baptised 25/04/1770 at St Gabriel Fenchurch, London. Mark Noble Daniell married Eliza Wittes 13/09/1798 at St Mary Woolworth in London. Frederic, son of Mark Noble Daniell and his wife Eliza was born 10/01/1812 and baptised 21/02/1812 in Dorset.
Mark Noble Daniel [sic] appeared as a solicitor acting in the purchase by Ann Simpson of an annuity from Richard Witts in 1805, and 'having become much embarrassed, quitted the country in 1812.'
His wife Eliza Daniell, "wife of Mark Noble Daniell Esq. Solicitor London: was died 02/09/1829 and was buried at Lyme Regis, Dorset. Their son Frederic died at Lyme Regis and was buried there in 1813 aged 1 year.

Of Orchard Street, Bath, when articled to his father 07/01/1786 but by 1798 was in the Law List as an attorney at 28 Bucklersbury, London and in 1800 at 5 Lawrence Pountney Lane, London.
