Brother of John Larkins Kensington (q.v.) and probably a beneficiary of the award for the enslaved people on the Lure estate in Tobgo. Trustees under the will of the brothers' father, Charles Kensington, (under which Charles Snell Kensington was a beneficiary) contested the claim of John Larkins Kensington as executor.

  1. Will of Charles Snell Kensington of Gay Street Bath Somerset proved 18/02/1846. He was at Gay Street in the census of 1841, age 60, of independent means.

  2. Short letter saying that his brother being in Tobago, he would have to write to him before steps could be taken to liquidate a small claim.
