Probably the Dorothea Stewart of West Derby Lancashire whose will was proved in the Court of Chester in Dec. 1832. Her executor John Bond of Lancaster claimed a share of the compensation for the Industry estate on Grenada. Dorothea Stewart of Liverpool appears with Samuel and Frances Newman (the latter a co-claimant on Industry with John Bond) in an indenture of 01/08/1828 transcribed by Jim Smith in which Dorothea Stewart and Samuel and Frances Newman bought a tract of 106 acres of land in the quarter of Bayaleau on Carriacou from large family group of Scottish sellers.
