Biography

Joint owner of Pln Better Success in Essequibo with John Evans in 1834, and in 1817 joint owner of Somerset & Berks. and owner of La Resource, both in Demerara & Essequibo. Identified as 'of Essequebo' and as joint proprietor of Better Success (with John Robert Evans as executor of John Evans) in 1848, when the future auction of Plantation Better Success at the instigation of the Gilgeous family was announced, but nothing further has yet been traced of him.
