Listed as owner of Glen Islay estate in Westmoreland, Jamaica, in the Almanac of 1818. Probably the partner in Walcott & Capon who was listed as owner of the same estate in the Almanac of 1816.
William Millwart Walcott, son of William Grant Walcott and his wife Mary, was born 14/12/1798 and baptised 28/12/1798 in Westmoreland, Jamaica. William Millward Walcott of Westmoreland, esq., married Maria Minto of the same, spinster, by licence, 23/02/1822.
William Grant Walcott esq of Glenislay plantation died in the lodging house of Fanny Myrie at Savanna-la-Mar on 25/01/1817 and was buried in the new burying ground on the following day. The burial record states he was born on the Island of Barbados.
