Attorney in the 1820s to a number of estates including those of the Dawkins family (and as one of the trustees of James Colyear Dawkins on Folley estate in Clarendon, Jamaica, in 1823) and the Morants. Possibly the same man as John Williams of Clarendon (d. 1829).
