Biography

Widow of Francis Rigby Brodbelt Stallard Penoyre (ne Brodbelt, q.v.). Frances Millward had married in 1803 Francis Rigby Brodbelt, the son of Francis Rigby Brodbelt MD of Spanish Town. Their daughter Anna Maria Millward (b. 1804) later Stallard-Penoyre inherited the Moor, Herefordshire on her father's death in 1827.
