Francis Fane, MP for Lyme Regis 1777-1780 and Dorchester 1790-1807. "His only known utterance at Westminster was to move the discharge of the sheriffs of London from Newgate with a reprimand, 10 May 1805." Trustee of his kinsman Charles Blair for East and West Prospect estates in Jamaica from 1802.
