There are two Robert Creightons given as slave-owners in St Ann, Jamaica, in 1792. One, Dr Robert Creighton, owned 28 enslaved people and 163 stock; the other, a carpenter, owned 17 enslaved people and 18 stock. Another Robert Creighton was overseer on Blenheim estate in St Ann in 1799; this may be a completely different man.
