Husband of Dame Lucy Park nee Atherton (q.v.), with an entry in the ODNB as 'judge.' His wife Lucy was bequeathed monetary legacies by her father Richard as well as an annuity of £400 p.a. in the will of her uncle John Atherton, of which Sir James AlanPar was also a trustee and executor.
