Robert Mulhall was a member of the Petty Jury which found Edward Huggins Sr. not guilty of 'cruelly and excessively' whipping enslaved people.
Robert Mulhall Esq., was buried on 1 January 1827 in the parish church of St Thomas, Lowland in Nevis.
