Royal physician, of Brighton and Bruton St, claimed with his wife Dame Harriet Mary nee Jones (q.v.) and brother Edward Tierney (q.v.) and his wife Anna Maria Jones as creditors of the Douglas estate on St Kitts. He has an entry in the ODNB as physician.
