It appears that the owner of Willets Estate in the 1817 register is Edward Brazier Sr.
The family grave stone in St. John's, Fig Tree, Nevis gives information about Edward Brazier Sr. and some of his family. Edward Brazier's son William died of a fever at the age of 12 on 10 October 1794. His wife Ann died at age 47 on 8 December 1797. Edward Brazier died on 20 September 1819 at the age of 83. Harriet Hopkins, wife of William Slater and daughter of Edward Brazier, died on 11 July 1821, and her daughter Harriet died on 19 December 1824. Hon. Joseph Brazier, son of the late Edward Brazier, died 24 July 1834, aged 42.
Edward Brazier, son of Edward Brazier Esq. of St. Christopher's [and Nevis ?], matriculated from Wadham College, Oxford, 22 May 1792, aged 18 ; B.A. 1796, M.A. 1800; Edward Brazier [Jr.?], was the rector of St John on Nevis 1808-1811 and then St. Thomas, Middle Island, St. Kitts between 1811 to 1818.
