Biography

Lieutenant-Governor of Berbice, dying there in 1810. Son and heir of William Woodley MP (q.v.). To date no will has been found for him, but the claim for Needsmust (St Kitts no. 210) was awarded to trustees under that will and shows some details from it, including his widow Eliza, his daughters Frances and Arabella and what appears to be a son, Captain William Woodley (q.v).
