Naval officer, son of Susannah Lawrence and Philip O'Connor.
- Will of Richard James Lawrence O'Connor, of [Carrickfoyle Estate, Trelawny, but now residing at] no. 5 Rue Champs Elysees Paris, Capt. in HM's Britannic Navy [made in 1826], proved 27/09/1828. In the will he said that his son and three daughters had been provided for by his marriage settlement and under the will of their grandfather John Vincent, and accordingly he left all his property to his wife Mary Ann O'Connor.
