Emma Rebecca Baker, of full age, spinster, of Burwood Place, London, daughter of John Poole Wilkinson Baker, MD, married Archibald McNeill Esquire, a widower of Burwood Place, son of John McNeill, farmer, in Paddington, 14/07/1851. Emma Rebecca's death in 1880 in Islington, age 52, suggests a year of birth of 1827 or 1828. The only likely baptism is of a Emma Rebecca Baker, daughter of John and Caroline Baker of Harcourt Street, in Marylebone 07/10/1827. Archibald Macniel, a chemist and his wife Emma Rebecca, age 33, born Marylebone were living at 28 Princes Terrace, Islington, in the census of 1861 with their five children, and Emma Rebecca's mother Caroline Baker, a widow, age 50, among others.
