Biography

Apparently resident slave-owner in Jamaica, owner of the indebted Manningsfield estate. Dead by 1795.

Pusey Manning contributed £9 10s to the University of Pennsylvania following Dr John Morgan's fundraising tour of the West Indies in 1772-1773.
