???? - 1835
Slave-owner on St Kitts, owner of Canada estate, dying around 1835. LBS has concluded he was the same man as the James Davoren active as Receiver of a number of estates on Nevis in the late 1820s and early 1830s, the connection made by the presence of Aston Davoren, son and executor of James Davoren, in claims related to James Davoren on both Nevis and St Kitts. James Davoren was shown as of Cheltenham in 1819 when he was briefly co-owner of a vessel built at Chepstow in that year named 'Rawlins', almost certainly named for his wife's family.
