A life interest in Drew's Hill on Antigua and in another unnamed estate in St Kitts, probably the estate that became Conyers, were settled on William Mathew of Baddow on his marriage 03/05/1754. They had belonged to Lt-General Thomas Hill, then passed through his daughter Ann to William Mathew, the grandfather of William Mathew of Baddow.
