Married (i) Susan or Susanna and had two children: Susan Eliza Lynch Watt, born 19/08/1810 and baptised either 20/9/1810 or 20/9/1814 (recorded in both the St Mary and St George register and the year seems ambiguous in both); and James Lynch Watt, born 14/03/1814 and buried 28/09/1814 (St Mary and St George)

4. Married (ii) Elizabeth, daughter of Thomas Rossiter of The Retreat, St Thomas in the Vale; she died at the residence of her son, Oak Hill Lodge, Woodford, Essex, 20/10/1862, aged 61; they had five children:

. Emily Sophia Watt: bapt Exter Cathedral 17/09/1821

. Isabella la Touche Watt: bapt St.Stephen, Exeter, 06/10/1822; buried St Andrew, Jamaica, 20/07/1823 (infant daughter of James T B Watt, MD)

. Thomas Rossiter Watt: bapt St Ninians, Stirling, 25/12/1825

. Thomas Rossiter Watt: bapt St Thomas in the Vale 28/03/1827 (online genealogy for Rossiter family states he married Elizabeth Sophia Forwood and died at Bromley, Kent, 30/05/1894, aged 68, which may indicate there was only one TRW).
