Owner of Guatimala estate in St George, Jamaica. The estate was later owned by Anne Passley and her husband George Hall.

Assumed to be the same person as the Henry Browne who was executor of Andrew Passley 1799-1804 and guardian of his only child Rebecca Ann Passley. Described as a millwright in the Accounts Produce.
