???? - 1823
Appears briefly as owner of Cross Hill in St George in 1817, and then appears to have sold most of the enslaved people to the Chancery Lane estate in St Andrew.
Assumed to be the same Dugald Campbell who owned Waterhouse Estate in St Andrew, married to Dorothy Frances Campbell (neƩ Browne, (baptised 1760 in St Andrew's, Jamaica). Father of Colin Campbell of Waterhouse (q.v.). Dorothy Frances Browne's sister Sarah Groves Browne went on to marry Robert Spalding; their son was Hinton Spalding (q.v.).
Dugald Campbell died in 1823.
