Biography
Executor of Alexander Heron (q.v.).
- Possibly the Alexander Woodburn, merchant of Glasgow, who married Heron's daughter Frances Catherine in Edinburgh in 1838. More likely, however, to be an earlier member of this family - Alexander Heron named his eldest son Alexander Woodburn Heron in 1815, suggesting the son was named after the man who became Alexander's executor.
