Patented 200 acres in Port Royal, Jamaica, which in 1773 was divided into two, forming Mavis Bank (JA109030) and part of Mount Charles (JA1801).
Jacob Stoakes was listed in the Jamaican Quit Rent books for 1754 as the owner of 22 acres of land in St David and 1127 acres of land in St Thomas-in-the-East, total 1149 acres.
