Husband of Mary Ann Barnett (q.v.), through marriage with whom (in 1813) he became entitled to 'slave-property' in Jamaica. His will was proved 17/04/1832, when he was shown as of HM Ceylon Civil Service and now Judicial Commissioner of the Kandian Provinces of Kandy Ceylon.
