1797 - 1883
Grand-nephew and heir of Mary Ann Walter (q.v.), and great grandson of Samuel Walter. Although the family has not been fully traced, it appears that Richard Lacy was the son of Samuel Lacy, who must in turn have been the son of a sister of Mary Ann Walter. Ralph Lacy or Lacey who was attorney in Jamaica was presumably his brother.
