Owner of Spring Vale in St John Jamaica and father of Charles Nicholas Pallmer (q.v.). Apparently resident in Jamaica but shown as of Bath in 1777 in an incomplete description of an indenture of that year in the Tharp Papers. Perhaps Charles Pallmer, son of John Pallmer of Jamaica, armiger, matriculated from Oriel College, Oxford, 30/03/1763, aged 19.
