Will of Philippa Harbin Holder [spinster] of [Grosvenor Place] St George Hanover Square proved 27/06/1795. In the will she left her interest in the Rendezvous Land in Christ Church Barbados in the occupation of John Bynoe and Hanbury Gosling, together with her share of the £1206 19s 10d consols bought with the profits of the estate, to her sister Margaret Dehany Hooper.
