London and Antigua merchant, son of Ashton Warner Attorney General of the Leewards (each of whom q.v.) and co-heir of his brother William Warner of Antigua (d. 1771). He left his residuary estate (his assets included a house and premises in Antigua) in one-third shares between his brother Joseph Warner, the children of his brother Daniel Warner and Ashton Warner son of his brother Samuel Henry Warner.
