Apparently owner or part-owner of Angel's Pen in St Catherine in 1786. Clearly related to the other owner in the same year, Oldfield Bowles (q.v.). Presumably also a relative of the Fuller Bowles who was admitted as a Freeman of the Royal African Company in 1720. Not otherwise identified.
