Attorney to Mrs Lucy Browne on Brown's Hall estate in St John in 1795.
- Will of Charles Patrick Browne of St John Jamaica proved 19/10/1797. In the will he asked his executors if possible to free an enslaved woman named Nelly on Swansea estate and a 'mulatto' named Stanhope on Browne's estate, and he left his property to the two people and to Stanhope's mother, a woman named Vann [?] 'belonging to' Browne's.
