Slave-owner on St Kitts, son of William Woodley (d. 1739) and Bridget nee Wall, dying in London in 1767. He left monetary legacies to a wide range of family members, and his Profit estate on St Kitts to his nephew William Woodley (q.v. under William Woodley MP). He had a manumitted woman named Jane Woodley living with him in London, to whom he left monetary legacies and an annuity of 10 pistoles.
