Anglican clergyman (or at least ordained), son of David Milner (q.v.) and residuary heir of his uncle Thomas Hercey Barritt (q.v.). No will has yet been found for him: it does not appear that he inherited 'slave-property', given that the compensation for Garbrand and Mullet Hall was paid after his death to his female cousins, who were tenants-in-common under the will of Thomas Hercey Barrit under which he was contingent residuary heir.
